Process Flow

 

The infectious material is temporarily held in a waste container(s) which in turn, are emptied into an pre storage hopper via a charging system which is located at the front of the Micriwave disinfection unit, The infectious waste is fed to the shredding system by a feed arm where it is shredded. The shredded material is conveyed through a microwave section and temperature holding section, respectively for disinfection, with microwave of 2450MHz (±50MHz), temperature ≥95ºC, with over 45minutes. The disinfected and unrecognizable (sharps) waste is then discharged into large waste containers (or compaction units) by the discharging screw conveyor. From there the material can be transported to a local municipal landfill for disposal or to a refuse recycling plant.

List some Built and Operation Cases of Medical Waste Central Treatment Project

Tengchong Medical Waste Centralized Disposal Center is located in Liangying Village, Qingshui Township, Tengchong City, covering an area of 3762 square meters and a building area of 617 square meters. The project was completed and accepted in July 2020, using microwave disinfection technology, and the designed daily processing scale is 5 tons. The scope of collection and transportation covers various medical and health institutions at all levels within the jurisdiction of Tengchong City.

On February 28, 2017, the People's Government of Gushi County and Henan Liying Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. signed an investment agreement. According to the agreement, Henan Liying Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. registered and established Gushi County Liaojie Medical Waste Disposal Co., Ltd. in Gushi County, responsible for the construction, operation and management of the Gushi County Medical Waste Centralized Disposal Center. On July 2, 2018, the company obtained the project filing documents, and the project preparation and construction work began.
The construction project of Gushi County Medical Waste Disposal Center is located west of Fumin Road on the north side of the west section of Fenghuang Avenue in Gushi County Industrial Concentration Area. The microwave disinfection process is used to treat medical waste. The treatment scale is 10t/d and covers an area of 3200m2. The service scope of the project is medical and health institutions at or above the township level under the jurisdiction of the administrative area of Gushi County. The treated solid medical waste is sent to the landfill of Gushi County for landfill treatment. The project was officially put into use in April 2020.
 

Luyi County Medical Waste Centralized Disposal Center is located on the north side of No.11 Road and the west side of No.13, Guobei Town, Luyi County. The project company is Luyi County Green Environmental Technology Co., Ltd., with a designed processing capacity of 8 tons per day. The scope of services covers all levels of medical and health institutions within the jurisdiction of Luyi County. It was officially put into operation on January 1, 2018.
