Microwave disinfection treatment system is an integrated equipment, the equipment at least by automatic feeding unit, shredding unit, microwave disinfection sterilization unit, steam heating system, discharging unit, , exhaust dedusting systems and alarm system.

1.The thermal effect of microwave energy:under the action of a certain intensity of microwave field,bacteria will absorb microwave energy due to the polarization of molecules,thus making Protein and Physiologically active substance deforms and loses its biological activity.The thermal effect of microwave mainly plays the role of rapid warming and sterilization.
2.Non-thermal effect of microwave energy:the high frequency electric field changes the structure of polarized molecules,leading to protein and physiological active substances in the microbial body mutation and loss of vitality or death,in the sterilization of conventional physical sterilization has no special role.

1.Microwave disinfection technology uses microwave disinfection time short,fast speed,strong penetration,uniform temperature inside and outside,energy saving,good disinfection effect,
2.In the microwave field,the cell structure is destroyed,and the balance of internal and external substances is destroyed,resulting in cell death.

The infectious material is temporarily held in a waste container(s) which in turn, are emptied into an pre storage hopper via a charging system which is located at the front of the Micriwave disinfection unit, The infectious waste is fed to the shredding system by a feed arm where it is shredded. The shredded material is conveyed through a microwave section and temperature holding section, respectively for disinfection, with microwave of 2450MHz (±50MHz), temperature ≥95ºC, with over 45minutes. The disinfected and unrecognizable (sharps) waste is then discharged into large waste containers (or compaction units) by the discharging screw conveyor. From there the material can be transported to a local municipal landfill for disposal or to a refuse recycling plant.
